San Diego Reunion Info

Here are few FAQs about the reunion:

When: July 1-3, 2016 (Friday thru Sunday)

Where: San Diego Sheraton Hotel & Marina on Harbor Island just minutes from downtown. Click on link for hotel info.

Reunion Fee: $350/person - click here for a Registration Form. The reunion fee covers the Cocktail Reception, Harbor Cruise, Dinner/Dance and Farewell Brunch.

Room Rate: We negotiated a fantastic room rate: $149/night - this discounted rate is available to our group only until June 9th, so make your reservation by then. Click here to make your hotel reservations. There are no reservations at the group rate after July 3rd, sorry!

Transportation: Complimentary airport shuttle service to/from the hotel. Onsite car rental. The hotel is a stop for the Big Bay Shuttle that runs to downtown for just $3 per rider with all day on/off privileges.

Parking: We've negotiated a reduced parking rate of $18/day for our group. Yes, it's not cheap, but it's cheaper than the $29/day for self-parking in effect now.

Agenda:

Friday Night, July 1 - Cocktail Reception on the gorgeous Bayview Lawn 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Saturday - July 2 - Harbor Cruise 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
(Buses leave from the front of the hotel in shifts starting at 10 am)
Saturday Night - Dinner/Dance Luau 6:30 pm - 11:30 pm
Sunday Morning - July 3 - Farewell Brunch 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Dinner/Dance: We’re going with a “Luau” theme for our Saturday night dinner/dance! Many of those that have sent in their registration have expressed a preference for a more casual dinner. Based on that, our committee thought with the Luau theme, people can either dress up or keep it casual, depending on your preference.

Why San Diego? It's a great vacation destination with gorgeous weather and a lot to do and it was the most convenient city for the organizers to host.
