Anybody know of LTC Gilbert Kaiser, USN? His wife is actually related (distant) to me. We were great friends in Manila (he was in charge of the MSTS office there, but was reassigned back to San Diego soon after. His family donated their lovable Labrador, Cindy to me before they left. Cindy accepted me immediately, and later when I had no more place for her, I donated her to a priest working among the Mangyans in the Mindoro mountains. He said she adapted perfectly, swimming the swift rivers like she had been born there! She gifted him with several litters of beautiful puppies! Last time I saw LTC Kaiser was in San Diego, on my way home on furlough to Nebraska. I would be so grateful if anybody knows of him or any of the family (2 boys and 1 girl). I'm 80 now, so he might be older than. :)
